Learn how to develop regular disciplines, or practices, of the spirit that help you to connect with the sacred ground of your being, however you understand it.
Whether you follow a path identified as Humanist, Jewish, Christian, Pagan, Theist, Atheist, Agnostic, Mystic, and/or any of the other paths you can join this communal quest for meaning and wholeness.
Join Lynn Hughes, D.O. RYT-500, as we explore the neuroscience of why these practices are so impactful for our lives. The class will be limited to 10 participants and taught within the framework of a chair yoga practice. Poses will be adapted for all. We will actually learn and explore a variety of spiritual practices in four two hour sessions; Mondays: October 20, October 27, November 3 and
November 10th from 6:30-8:30 pm.
Please contact Lynn if you have any questions or concerns before signing up. Email: drlynnyoga@gmail.com.
