SAVE THESE IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Thursday, October 1st:  Online bidding opens on all Silent Auction events.
    Check out the auction Catalog to explore what's being offered this year.
  • Saturday, October 10th: Auction Night Party & Live Auction. Doors open at 5; live auction fun starts at 6:30
  • Sunday, October 11th: Online bidding in the Silent Auction closes at 5pm
  • Thursday, December 31st: The online Thrift Corner closes
REGISTER TO BID

You need to be registered to participate in the Silent (Online) or Live (In-Person) Auction and to attend the Auction Night Party!

  • Go to www.ASUUC2026Auction.auctria.events, and select "REGISTER".
  • Follow the prompts (no credit card required).
  • If you registered in last year, you're already set - just Sign In.  If needed, reset your and update your contact information under "Account".
Donate Events, Services, & Experiences

To have a successful auction, we need great items to bid on. To donate, submit
one “Donate Item” form for every item or event you are offering. Click “Donate
Item” in the auction menu header.

BID IN THE SILENT (ONLINE) AUCTION

Bidding runs Oct. 1-11 (closes at 5 pm).

  • Go to www.ASUUC2026Auction.auctria.events
  • Or visit asuuc.net → “2026 Auction.”
  • Sign In, then open the "AUCTION CATALOG."
  • Browse and star your favorites.
  • The system shows the next required bid.
  • For multiple seats (e.g., party spots), place your first bid, then click “Place Another Bid” for each additional seat.
SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Buy It Now: Secure an item immediately at its Buy It Now price.
  • Bid Extension: If bids come in within 5 minutes of the 5pm closing time on October 11th , that item’s bidding will extend in 10-minute increments until no new bids are placed.
  • Mobile App (Recommended): Download the free Auctria Mobile Bidding App to easily view and bid from your phone.

TIP: Bid early! It’s a great way to practice and ask questions if needed.

AUCTION NIGHT PARTY & LIVE AUCTION

Saturday, Oct. 10 | Doors open 5 PM

  • 5:30–6:30 PM: Appetizers, desserts & social hour
  • 6:30 PM: Live Auction begins

If you can’t attend the Live Auction, use a Proxy Bidder—download the form from the auction
website. Both you and your proxy must be registered bidders.
