There are places to stop for a break and snack but no benches or rocks for sitting.

Highest Altitude: 6,480 ft

Please contact hike leader by Sunday (day before the hike date) if you would like to come on this hike. If you leave a message, please leave your name and phone number.

HIKE PREPARATION: This hike is a simple walk with friends. Walking shoes should be fine - hiking shoes/boots and hiking poles should not be necessary unless you prefer them outdoors. Check weather forecast for the Rockrimmon area and dress accordingly - layers usually work best. Bring a hat and other sun protection, also rain gear if rain is forecast. Bring adequate water - for this hike a liter should be about right.

DOGS are allowed - owners pick up after them.

RESTROOMS: None along the hike. Restrooms at the Trailhead are closed and locked for the winter.
