 ct if possible.\nMeeting Place: Maizeland and Paseo Road park entrance. Be
  sure you are on the Maizeland\nside of the park\, next to the bathrooms. 
 We will carpool up to the trail head due to multiple and\nconfusing turnof
 fs.\nHike start time: 8:30 AM. Please arrive at the meeting place by 8:15 
 AM\nHike distance/elevation gain: about 4 miles\, 524 ft gain.\nDifficulty
 : moderately challenging due to rocky parts of the trail.\nMoving time: ab
 out 2 ½-3 hours depending on weather. Bring poles and plenty of water.\nD
 escription: This hike will take us on a trail just below the top of Palmer
  Park Mesa. There are\nmany interesting large rock formations and beautifu
 l views of the downtown Colorado Springs\ncity area. There are some challe
 nging rocky areas to cross and repeated ups and downs in the\ntrail. An 
 “easy out” to the top of the mesa is available in several spots if con

  N Circle and Constitution\, take N Circle Drive north to Maizeland Road. 
 Turn right onto Maizeland Road and drive .8 miles. Turn left into the park
  entrance which is Maizeland and Paseo Road. Meet in the parking lot for t
 he ball fields.(3650 Maizeland)\nRestrooms ???Will send an update if bathr
 ooms are open.\nDogs welcome on leash. There is an unleashed dog park area
  at the top of the Mesa.
